You are invited to participate in a survey on the Adoption of the Hong Kong Reference Framework (RF) for Common Musculoskeletal Problems in Primary Care being conducted by The Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
This survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete, which includes Part 1 - examine the level of adoption of the RF among primary care practitioners (PCPs) as well as evaluate factors associated to the adoption, and Part 2 - assess the local burden of herpes zoster, commonly known as shingles.
All the completed questionnaires and information collected will handled in strict confidence. The survey is approved by Survey and Behavioral Research Ethics (SBRE) (SBRE Ref. No. SBRE-24-0251 - Common Musculoskeletal Problems) and Joint Chinese University of Hong Kong – New Territories East Cluster Clinical Research Ethics Committee(CERC) (CERC Ref. No. SBRE-2024-545- Herpes zoster).
As a token of appreciation, participants will receive a HKD 200 supermarket coupon upon completion of the questionnaire. Additionally, participants can proceed to the second part of the survey to earn CME points, which consists of reading an article and answering five multiple-choice questions.
