Register Now: Symposium on Organ Donation (23 November 2026, Monday)

We are excited to announce that registration is now open for the Symposium on Organ Donation. This Symposium is jointly organised by Asian Society of Transplantation (AST), Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (HKAM), Hong Kong Society of Transplantation (HKST) and International Association of Chinese Nephrologists (IACN). The event is scheduled for 23 November 2026 (Monday), 6:00pm – 8:00pm.

This symposium aims to examine the current challenges and opportunities in organ donation, review the barriers, and evolving strategies in organ donation and organ support services in Hong Kong. It will also discuss emerging developments in donation after circulatory death (DCD) programmes and explore their potential implementation in the local healthcare setting.
