Open for Registration Now: Genetics and Genomics Conference 2026

Following the success of last year’s Genetics & Genomics Conference, we are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the Genetics & Genomics Conference 2026. Jointly organized by the Task Force on Genetics and Genomics under the Academy’s Professionalism and Ethics Committee, the Academy’s Jockey Club Institute for Medical Education and Development, and the Hong Kong Genome Institute, this conference is scheduled for 31 October 2026 (Saturday), 9:00am – 3:50pm.

The conference will bring together renowned overseas and local speakers to explore the latest developments and applications of genomic medicine. Covering four key themes: Newborn Genome Screening, Reproductive Genetics and Genomics, Genetics and Therapeutics, and Cancer-related Genetics, this conference will offer a compelling journey through the evolving field of genomic medicine and also provide a platform for thought-provoking discussions on the ethical, clinical, and practical considerations of integrating genomics into routine healthcare.
