Laughter is not just a sound or a facial expression; it is also a powerful medium for enhancing both physical and mental well-being!
On 27 June 2025, the Task Force on Well-being will hold a CME/CPD accredited workshop titled ‘Using Laughter to Improve Well-being’. This workshop aims to demonstrate how laughter - a simple, natural art we can easily incorporate into our daily lives - can enhance both physical health and mental wellness subconsciously. Led by Dr. Carrie Horwitch, who will join us online to share her insights and experience on this topic. Participants will also be guided through engaging and practical laughter exercises conducted onsite.
