Annual subscription 2026 Dues

Please be reminded to settle the annual subscription fee on or before 30 June 2026. A surcharge of HK$1,000 (or at pro-rated rate where applicable) will be levied for overdue payment.

Fellows are recommended to settle the annual subscriptions by electronic payment methods. Please log into eHKAM Portal or iCMECPD to make the payment.

For eHKAM Portal, please login with your eHKAM ID ([email protected]) and select ‘Annual Subscription’ on the home page. If you do not have an eHKAM ID, please register at https://online.hkam.org.hk/ehkam/registration.

For iCMECPD, please select ‘Fellow’s Area’ > ‘Annual Subscription’

Then, kindly follow the instructions to settle the outstanding by either credit card or Faster Payment System (FPS).

All payments must be received before 30 September 2026. According to Bylaw 6.4:
If a member's fee or any other moneys due by a member to the Academy is not received by the Academy within 9 months after such payment falls due, despite two written reminders by the Academy to pay, the member shall automatically forfeit his membership.

e-Receipt
To preserve the environment by reducing paper usage, Fellows who have settled their annual subscriptions can view and download the e-receipt in iCMECPD/ eHKAM App/ eHKAM Portal 1 working day after the transaction is completed.
