CME / CPD Principles and Guidelines 2023 – 25

The Academy’s CME / CPD Principles and Guidelines for the next cycle 2023 – 2025 is available. Please click here for the details.

Apart from some minor changes for improving the clarity of contents, the key changes are:

1. The addition of “performing trainers’ duties” as an accreditable CME / CPD activity under Section 6.8 (apart from “conducting examinations”). A maximum of 10 points can be awarded to recognise the trainer’s role.
2. The addition of the Academy’s “Guidelines for CME Accreditation of Online Activities” as an Appendix.

There may be specific rules or requirements that the Colleges determine to be relevant to their respective specialties.)
