The Academy venues are ready for your banqueting events and celebration gatherings

​​​​​​​The Run Run Shaw Hall and Function Rooms of the Academy are now registered as Type D of operation under Vaccine Bubble. Our caterer has stepped up different measures from menu planning, food preparation to serving in order to provide a hygienic dining environment. 

Banqueting requirements

• Maximum 12 persons per table for Chinese Banquet and maximum 10 persons per table for Western Banquet 
• Maximum 240 participants. At least two-third of the total number of participants must have received the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine 
• Must use “LeaveHomeSafe” mobile application*
