All request for cancellation should be sent to the Congress Secretariat in writing. Refund will be made according to the following schedule, and no refunds will be made for absentees.

Participants will be entitled to:
- Participation in all scientific sessions on 12-14 November 2010
- Coffee breaks and lunch during the Congress
- A set of official publications
- Attendance at the Opening Ceremony, Halnan Lecture, Tun Dr. Ismail Oration, Welcome Reception and Closing Ceremony
- Entry to the Exhibition
An Official Receipt will be sent to participants upon receipt of the registration form and full payment. Please present the Official Receipt at the registration desk to obtain your Participant’s Package.
Letter of Invitation will be issued upon request. The invitation is intended to facilitate participant’s leave application and travel and visa arrangements. The letter does not imply the provision of any financial or other support.
Whilst every attempt will be made to ensure that all aspects of the Congress mentioned in this announcement will take place as scheduled, the Organisers reserves the right to make changes to the programme without notice as and when deemed necessary prior to the Congress.
In registering for the Congress, participants agree that neither the Congress nor the Organisers assume any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements in respect of health, travel and other necessary insurances.
