Improvement
on Facilities
Council
has endorsed the recommendation from the House Committee to install motorized
blinds at the Exhibition Hall. This
will help screen sunlight and save air-conditioning expenses.
A BBQ counter will also be constructed at the
Fellows
Garden
on 3/F outside the Academy Lounge. These
works will be finished by the end of September.
Besides
the Academy Lounge, Fellows can also book the guest rooms at the Academy for
temporary accommodation. Fellows
who are planning for their home refurbishment may find this facility useful.
Interested Fellows can contact the Academy’s Conference Department on
2871 8787 for details.
