Certificate of Attendance
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued at the registration desk for pre-registered participants. For on-site registrants, a Certificate of Attendance will be available at the end of the Congress. Certificate will not be issued after the Congress.

Coloured badges will be used during the Congress. For identification purpose and admission to the session venues, registrants are requested to wear their badges during the whole Congress.

Dress Code
Light winter clothes is suggested.

The official language of the Congress is ENGLISH. No simultaneous or consecutive interpretation will be provided.

Letter of Invitation
Letter of Invitation will be issued upon request. The invitation is intended to facilitate participant's leave application, travel and visa arrangements. The letter does not imply the provision of any financial or other support.

Whilst every attempt will be made to ensure that all aspects of the Congress mentioned in this website will take place as scheduled, the Organising Committee reserves the right to make changes to the programme without notice as and when deemed necessary prior to the Congress.
